Robert P. Gaydosik Jr.

     Robert P. Gaydosik Jr., 67, of Summerfield, Ohio (Carlisle Community) passed away Monday, February 23, 2026 at his home.

     He was born near Carlisle, Ohio on February 3, 1959 a son of the late Robert Gaydosik Sr. and Patricia Dimmerling Gaydosik.

     Robert was a retired maintenance worker for the former Ormet Corporation, Hannibal, Ohio and was a Catholic by faith.

     He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and watching over his pets.

     Surviving are his wife, Connie J. Smith Gaydosik whom he married on December 27, 1980; one sister, Tacy (Budd) Rich of Sarahsville, Ohio; one brother, Fr. David Gaydosik of Churchtown, Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Debra (Butch) Gaydosik of Lore City, Ohio, Cheryl (Bob) Markel of Sherrodsville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles.

     Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 26, 2026 at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Carlisle, Ohio, with Fr. David Gaydosik officiating.

     Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
